Stewart wrote, recorded, produced, and mixed 7 Songs, Vol. 4 in Brooklyn. The album addresses themes of anxiety, isolation, and regret. Lead single is “Repeat.” Radio edits are available for select tracks.

“I was getting a lot of attention for the 8-bit stuff I was making, and it felt like a natural fit to bring it into my pop-punk songs. These are the songs I’ve wanted to write for a long time.” – Jay Stewart, Lonely Bunker

The album’s featured single, “Repeat,” captures the circular nature of anxiety and repetitive negative thought patterns with driving rhythms, catchy hooks, and signature 8-bit flourishes. Radio edits are available for “Roots,” “Wait Up,” and “Comedy of Madness,” with all clean versions broadcast-ready for alternative, specialty, and college radio formats.

Lonely Bunker represents the full realization of Stewart’s artistic vision: combining the anthemic hooks and raw emotion of pop-punk with the nostalgic sounds of classic video game music. 7 Songs, Vol. 4 is the latest installment in an ongoing series of concise, punchy releases that speak to the anxieties and struggles of the video game generation.

With touring planned for 2026, Lonely Bunker is positioned to connect with audiences who grew up with controllers in one hand and punk rock blasting through their headphones in the other.
