Neon Rayon arrived on Earth in the year 2023. Their original mission being that of observation on behalf of their home orb, Rayon HQ, they soon realized that this planet was sorely out of balance and in need of assistance. Since it is forbidden to force a planetary population to change from the top down overtly, Neon Rayon felt the best way to influence humanity was to don the disguise of performers from space, playing music dedicated to illuminating the populace covertly from the ground up. Comprised of human forms closely resembling Bob Paulos, J Nixon, and Sean Pryor, they have been initiating the public to their revelatory message show by show. Neon Rayon is music for the people.
