Have you heard the legend of Miss Eaves? A scrappy kid from the burbs making jewelry out of cereal boxes who dreamed of becoming an artist one day. Or maybe the designer so passionate that she named her band after her favorite font. Or the the Southerner feemcee who once swore she would never end up in the city of relentless neon lights, invasive skyscrapers and broken dreams, found herself calling Bedstuy, Brooklyn the home she loves and her muse. Have you heard tale of the wild so desperate to get closer to her fans, she once crawled on top of a DJ and performed her 30 min set crouched in the narrow 5 foot space between the ceiling and the booth. Or The tough as nails broad who crawled on the stage two hours after being released from the hospital after being hit face first by a car on her bike?

Shanthony Exum (aka Miss Eaves) is a fierce femcee known for her unique electro-pop-rap feminist stylings and fun-dance-explosion stage presence. From nights karaoking in bars to performing in packed out festivals in Belgium Miss Eaves, realized performing was like a drug she couldn’t quit and she fiended for it. With her tongue-in-cheek rhymes in tow, her music has led her to perform at shows such as Tomorrowland, TomorrowWorld and Dour and Les Rockomotive. Most recently, touring with Wheatus and MC Frontalot around the UK.

You can find her in her Bedstuy, Brooklyn digs, writing music, collaborating with other artists and producers, creating colorful trinkets out of paper mache and working on her blog, http://theeverybodyproject.com.
