Josephine Olivia - EP1 [EP]

Josephine Olivia is a multi instrumental artist, active in the Baltimore and DC scenes for over 15 years. She’s made a name for herself with her versatile and powerful vocals, mesmerizing stage presence, and haunting aesthetic.

Her current band VOSH (goth, post punk, metal) has played with the likes of The Psychedelic Furs, Nitzer Ebb, and Peter Murphy of Bauhaus. She was also featured in videos for Cigarettes after Sex last year.

She has toured across North America numerous times, currently working with her agents Heavy Talent, in addition to touring Europe and the UK with Swamp Booking.

Her new solo project is the gap between a sharpened knife and a fatal wound; soft and hard, vicious and soothing. The layers of choral vocals and brutal synths create a dissonant harmony, that can only be discovered by plunging fearlessly into her uncharted, eerie world.
