Coup DeVille - Time Don't Change My Mind

Based out of Southern California, Coup DeVille cut their teeth on the live circuits of LA and Orange County. Infusing their sounds with Soul, Southern Rock and Blues, they have firmly carved out their place in the modern rock scene.

With a line-up comprising drums, keyboard, bass, lead and rhythm guitars, and strong vocals, Coup DeVille embodies the raw, powerful energy of live music. Grooving rhythms, soulful guitars and distinctive gritty vocals create a sound made for the stage.

Each band member wandered down different paths to reach the music scene. Lead guitarist, John Michael Agundez. and bassist, Paul Luangpraseuth. were introduced to their instruments and discovered a passion for music in pivotal years of their youth. Keyboardist, Gene Barbeau, and lead singer/rhythm guitarist, Jimmy Rivas, found their musical roots through the church, while drummer, Christian Healey, was inspired by his musician father, alongside Rivas, who also looked up to his brother playing in bands.

Spreading the word through their electrifying live shows, Coup DeVille regularly play live across LA and Orange County, building a loyal fanbase. More recently they supported Tenille Townes at House of Blues, further cementing themselves as a must-see live act.

Collectively, the six-piece have hit the ground running, having already released their self-titled debut album ‘Coup DeVille’ in April 2023. Most recently, one year on from their debut record, they released single ‘Burn’ and are currently working on their sophomore album, ‘Time Don’t Change My Mind.
