Appleseed Cast

The Appleseed Cast return resolute and determined to see their broad artistic vision through in their sixth studio album, Sagarmatha, to be released Feb 17th, 2009. Lawrence, Kansas, the whispering water hole where beat poet William S. Boroughs spent his remaining years, has housed this formidable force for near a decade. The lone blue town in a red state drips of The Appleseed story of left of center. Growing progressive with every album, experimenting more with time, space, and that Appleseed wall of sound. Their previous release, Peregrine, stands as their most commercial success only to be again outdone by Sagarmatha.
