Bermuda Search Party - SiDETRACK’D [EP]

Boston’s unapologetically energetic band Bermuda Search Party announce they will release a new EP, SiDETRACK’D, on March 6th. The record will feature their recent singles “BETTER LoVE” and “cookies n cream,” as well as the brand new track, “SiDE EFFECT.”

When asked about the new song, the band explains, “’SiDE EFFECT’ is about drawing a hard line when you’re weaning yourself off of a toxic relationship — whether that’s with a person, a substance, or even social media. We know where it’s going to take us, so it’s better for us to be apart than together. The sickness is not worth the bit of relief that comes with having them.”

The new EP follows their 2025 sophomore album, Fools On Parade, which they recorded in Los Angeles with acclaimed producer Eric Palmquist (Half•Alive, Tate McRae, Bad Suns). Renowned for their high-energy live shows and relentless touring schedule, the band has sold out venues across the country, including iconic Boston stages such as Paradise Rock Club and the House of Blues. Bermuda Search Party—featuring Leo Son (vocals, guitar), Claire Davis (vocals, bass), Maclin Tucker (trumpet, keys), and Hoyt Parquet (trombone)—first introduced their unique sound with their self-produced debut Melancholy Flowers in 2022. Since then, they’ve lit up stages alongside Jukebox the Ghost, The Collection, Ripe, Cat Empire, and Will Evans, while making festival appearances at Boston Calling, Levitate, Rochester Jazz Festival, Treefort, SXSW, and more.

Next up, the band will hit the road in support of The Strumbellas this March. Joining them on March 14th in Denver through the 21st in Detroit. A full list of dates can be found below.
