Stella and the Very Messed is the quirky and dynamic indie pop-rock project of Stella Maxwell and David Hawkins, former members of Austin, TX-based, Cruiserweight (Doghouse/Warner Music Group). Filling out their roster with Austin scene royalty, Chris Nine (Schatzi, Moving Panoramas), Mohadev (Stop Motion Orchestra), and Sam Rich (Black Books, Broken Gold), Stella and the Very Messed are poised to release their second full length album, Big Familiar, on Sept 19, 2025.
