"In one of this country’s finest small-town music scenes, Asbury Park NJ duo Yawn Mower have been winning over audiences since their inception with their infectious fuzz-rock stylings and irreverent sense of humor." - Impose Magazine

Yawn Mower released their new EP,  "Could Eat, Would Sleep" on 4/20/18 via Mint 400 Records. The EP will be available on most streaming platforms and on various physical mediums at the band’s live shows. "Could Eat, Would Sleep" was recorded in January 2018 with Paul Richie at Insidious Sound in Neptune, NJ. The EP was mixed by Pat Noon at EightSixteen Studios in South River, NJ and mastered with Bill Azimuth. The list of bands these Paul, Pat and Bill have worked with includes The Parlor Mob, gods, River City Extension, Brick and Mortar, Gay Guy / Straight Guy, Lyons, The Tide Bends, Wetbrain, Von Mons and a ton more.

"No matter how they describe themselves, Yawn Mower is a band that gets things done their way. ‘Could Eat, Would Sleep’ is another in the ongoing list of eclectic recordings by this interesting New Jersey band." - The Aquarian Weekly

Could Eat, Would Sleep” is Yawn Mower's fourth overall EP, following their 2016 debut "Get To The Boat", 2017's "What's All This New P*ss?" and the 2017 holiday EP "Yawn Mower Ruins Christmas". “Could Eat, Would Sleep” is YM’s second EP for Mint 400 Records. Yawn Mower has also collaborated with local and national hip hop artists on remixes of their songs and released several notable covers, all in a unique YM style. All of Yawn Mower’s music can be found at www.yawnmower.com.

“You guys sound like what would happen if Nirvana and Cake had a baby and Ty Segall was the godfather.” - Random gig-goer.

"I don't know what their original plans were for Yawn Mower; but, whatever they had in mind, they've grown into one of the most reliably fun and interesting bands in Asbury Park. From originals to original takes on cover songs, the pair have never been afraid to stretch themselves." - CoolDad Music

Yawn Mower will be playing as many gigs as they can, wherever they can, as long as time, money and their work schedules allow following the release of “Could Eat, Would Sleep”.
