Solid Gold

Minneapolis’ Solid Gold is Zach Coulter, Matthew Locher and Adam Hurlburt. Founding members Zach and Matthew met in 2000 at the University of Wisconsin. It wasn’t long after guitarist Adam Hurlburt was brought in that the trio quickly started crafting their signature tranced-out slow-dance grooves. Solid Gold’s live show became complete with the addition guitarist Shon Troth and drummer “Sticks.” The band have played showcases in London and New York, and have performed at festivals everywhere from Texas to the middle of Sweden. Matter of Time is Solid Gold’s first release since their 2008 debut album, Bodies of Water.
