Fairmont

As a follow up to the 2013 album The Grand And Grandiose, Fairmont has put together a dynamic collection of new and old songs and presented them here in a live and acoustic format. This EP features songs from Fairmont's 2009 release The Meadow At Dusk, 2010's Destruction Creation and 2013's The Grand And Grandiose. These songs were culled from a 42 minute set Fairmont recorded for a radio show and what you have here are the best 7 songs from that session completely remastered. The set was played in Fairmont's basement recording studio lovingly titled The Forest Of Chaos (it's a long story), hence the album title. This session includes Neil Sabatino on acoustic guitar & vocals, Sam Carradori on bass guitar & vocals, Christian Kissala on Xylo-Marimba & Glockenspiel and Andy Applegate on drums. The band shows a maturity with delicate versions of some of their best known songs from the last few years and are sure listeners will appreciate the rich acoustic tones and jangly fun acoustic versions of these Fairmont tunes.
