etti/etta is a two-piece band consisting of Raffaella from Calabria, Italy, and Marcus from Toronto, Canada. Realizing a shared love of lo-fi, post-punk, and new wave music, the two started playing together in 2013, and released their debut EP, No? Yes., followed by a second EP, Refrains in 2015. Their upcoming full-length LP Old Friends features a swirling, and melodic mix of shoegaze, noise pop, and dark 1980s post-punk, combined with a warm, dense lo-fi sound. Old Friends will be available August 17th 2018 on New Jersey label, Mint 400 Records.
