ADDS 4/11/17
DIGITAL ONLY

Static Breeze is the second offering by Canada’s Defend The Rhino, recorded and mixed by Nathaniel Sutton. In the grand scheme, Sutton has the amazing ability to form gorgeous, memorable and poetic melodies that captivates and inspires. Defend The Rhino seamlessly integrates a multitude of different style and sounds; Static Breeze is no exception. This is the follow up to their Mint 400 Records debut There’s No Place Like Home. Indie Spoonful writer Bryon Harris wrote of the debut, “individuals will love the album as well, especially those who want to venture a little further away from home and enter a world that is filled with a variety of sounds, styles, moods, and musical moments.”

The single track, "When Kids Play", will take you on a cinematic journey through entrancing guitar and melodic strings, transforming your imagination into your personal playground. Throughout the album, captured moments through sonic textures will have you engaged. For the first time, you'll hear the haunting vocals of Nathaniel Sutton on the track "Running In The Dark" gradually bringing Static Breeze to a close.
