Defend The Rhino

   
The instrumental phenomenon known as Defend The Rhino releases "Fabricated" which is a collaboration between four additional artists from the Mint 400 Records roster. Artists include Fairmont, Tiegan, Young Legs and aBIRD bringing you an assortment of musical diversity. Fairmont, the almost 20 year New Jersey indie music veterans, lend vocals & guitar to The Cure sounding track Winter Sweater. Tiegan, a solo folk jazz vocalist steps out of her comfort zone with her vocals added to the electro song In The Meantime. Next up is the always incredible Young Legs coming off his critically acclaimed release "The Petal and the Page" as he provides vocals on the albums single "Blue Dog". Finally Adam Bird formerly of Those Mockingbirds lends vocals to "Afterlife" under his new moniker aBIRD and gives you a good sense of what's to come with his debut release scheduled for this fall. The album consists of eight tracks, the first four includes vocals from the featured artists and the remaining four songs are instrumental versions.

This will be the third release Canadian Nathaniel Sutton has released with New Jersey's Mint 400 Records, following the well received albums "There's No Place Like Home" and "Static Breeze" but is the first of the batch to include vocals. Defend The Rhino has been described as "cinematic, beautiful and provocative, from pleasant to moody sounds". The album, "Fabricated", is evidence of this, produced and recorded all by composer Sutton.
