The Drowning Men

The Drowning Men will be supporting Flogging Molly on their Green 17 Tour 2011 from early February to mid March. They have also just wrapped up recording the follow up to their full length Beheading of the Songbird with producer Billy Mohler (War Tapes, Macy Gray, The Calling, Jimmy Chamberlin).

The Drowning Men have been a focus of Brixton LTDʼs print and online marketing campaigns since 2009. Currently the band can be seen in Brixton LTD's 2010-11 commercial, airing now on a number of great networks. Their recent success in the licensing world has exposed the band to a new International audience. Their songs have been placed in network television programs, extreme sports competitions, online promotional plugs, and more.

A Limited Edition Vinyl version of "Beheading of the Songbird" will be available at the band's store and at shows on the Green 17 tour.

The Drowning Men have played with the likes of MGMT, Flogging Molly, Blonde Redhead, !!!, Blitzen Trapper, The Nightmarchers, Past Lives, Atmosphere, Avi Buffalo, Obits, Larry and His Flask, The Flaming Lips, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Black Heart Procession, Hot Hot Heat, and more!
